We visited Thorp Perrow Arboretum, near Bedale in North Yorkshire. The collection of trees were wonderful to see. Of course I couldn't resist a few photos to bring home...

Its been a while since my last post... I've rather busy!
A few days ago we planned a road trip. The sky was clear and the sun was out. We headed for North Yorshire and stopped in Pateley Bridge for an over-priced pub lunch. After we then drove on to Aysgarth Falls. This is the perfect place for a walk and a picnic, especially in on a warm day. We visited these falls a few years ago and we all went wading along the river, which was fun. Our last stop was a village called Leyburn and a then we headed back home. I photographed a handful of the trees around Aysgarth Falls...
